Job Introduction
As a Warehouse Operative in our Logistics team, you'll play a key role in keeping our operation moving. You'll be responsible for moving stock safely and accurately, supporting our kitchens and ensuring everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

Role Responsibility
You'll be:
- Receiving and booking in deliveries
- Replenishing stock to support production teams
- Picking and preparing orders accurately
- Wrapping and loading products ready for dispatch
- Maintaining stock accuracy and following warehouse procedures
- Supporting effective shift handovers between teams
- Working safely, efficiently and collaboratively to achieve daily targets
This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, teamwork and a positive attitude are just as important as warehouse experience.
The Ideal Candidate
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous warehouse experience
- Is comfortable working in a chilled environment
- Has a reliable, positive approach and strong attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Can work safely and accurately whilst maintaining high standards
- Holds a forklift or reach truck licence (desirable, but not essential as training can be provided)

Package Description
Join Charlie Bigham's on a part-time shift pattern, working Monday and Tuesday from 06:00-16:00 (20 hours per week). Enjoy competitive pay, paid breaks, quarterly bonuses and excellent benefits from day one.
Working as part of our logistics team, you'll help keep our operation running smoothly by ensuring products, ingredients and packaging are in the right place at the right time. It's a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, teamwork and reliability are key.

Shift Pattern
Monday & Tuesday
06:00 - 16:00
